Out-of-the-Box Questions:

6 beautiful HR Questions !!! Always "THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX"Here are some of the typical HR questions asked to find out if the candidates have "out of box" thinking capability

Question 1:
"What will you do if I run away with your sister?"

The candidate who was selected answered " I will not get a better match for my sister than you, sir."

Question 2:Interviewer (to a student girl candidate) - What if one morning you woke up & found that you were pregnant ?

I will be very excited and take a day off, to celebrate with my husband. (Normally an unmarried girl will be shocked to hear this, but she managed it well. Why should I think it in the wrong way, she said later when asked.)

Question 3:Interviewer: He ordered a cup of coffee for the candidate. Coffee arrived and was kept before the candidate, then he asked "What is before you?"

Candidate: Instantly replied "Tea" and got selected.

(You know how and why did he say "TEA" when he knows very well that coffee was kept before him?.Answer: The question was "What is before you U? (-alphabet). Reply was "TEA" T (- alphabet).

Question 4:Where Lord Rama would have celebrated his "First Diwali"?

People will start thinking of Ayodya, Mithila [Janaki's place], Lanka etc...But the logic is, Diwali was a celebrated as a mark of Lord Krishna Killing Narakasura. In Dusavataar, Krishnavathaar comes after Raamavathaar. So, Lord Rama would not have celebrated the Diwali At all!

Question 5:You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night, it's raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for a bus:An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.An old friend who once saved your life. The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very well that there could only be one passenger in your car? This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a job application.* You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first; * or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to ! pay him back. *However, you may never be able to find your perfect mate again...The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble coming up with his answer. Guess what was his answer?

He simply answered:"I would give the car keys to my Old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the partner of my dreams."Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give up our stubborn thought limitations. Never forget to "Think Outside of the Box."

Question 6:The interviewer asked the candidate "This is your last question of the interview. Please tell me the exact position of the center of this table where u have kept your files.

"Candidate confidently put one of his finger at some point at the table and said that this was the central point at the table.

Interviewer asked "how did you decide that this is the central point of this table?",

then he answers quickly that "Sir you are not supposed to ask any more question, as it was the last question as you promised .....And hence, he was selected as because of his quick-wittedness.

This is what Interviewer expects from the Interviewee. ...."THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX"

What is expected from you!

Facts

Some of the Most Amazing Facts

Duality is the presence of pairs in our surroundings. Like light and Dark, Heat and Cold, Positive and Negative, and many other common and undiscovered situations present around us. Researchers like Galileo Galilee, believed that there are
even Matter and Anti-Matter which are both far from each other in the universe.
Today, we discovered that there exist another Pair of situations among us, which many of us may have known, but which we have not taken as to be a Dual.

Personality Development

Thoughts, Quotes and Ideas to find the great personality in yourself!

Have you ever thought on what basis a human's wisdom can be measured? Well, the answer is, it is the amount of understanding you have, that helps you know the amount of what you do not know! I am not simply stating it. I am saying it based on what Socrates, one of the wisest men of all times proved.

Now, how does this come in personality development? Well, while developing your personality, remember to add the understanding that you know very little. If you start acting based on the fact 'I know very little' and keep it as the root for all your behaviors and ideas, then you will start recognizing situations and the amount of knowledge around you that was always there. And you would start feeling 'Oh! what am I? Was I blind all this time?'.

Coming back to Socrates, he said, ''I am the wisest man of the world. For I know one thing. And that is I know nothing!''. Though we think socrates seems to be bragging, but he was not. He said that statement based on a the theory he proved. on ''The man who know nothing is the wiser''. This creates a different dilemma in front of us. I was many a time asked too, so what about the man who knows everything? Is he not wisest? After doing many researches, I conclude that, among we humans, there is no chance of having the existence of someone who knows everything. Taking the most simple example, have explored the entire universe? No! And if there is no existence of people who know everything, why should we bother to think about it? (Since there is hundreds of other things that we have got to bother.)

I am the wisest man of the world. For I know one thing. And that is I know nothing! -Socrates

Here, I would like to share the idea of what I once heard what Hellen Keller said. When we all feel like we have lost something, we are lonely in this world, when things for us don't go right, we find, inside our mind, a dark substance has appeared. Its like a dark room. Just an empty dark room with hundreds of closed doors. At these times, we think we have no way out. But there is always a door open. All we have got to do, is to find the door and walk through it!
